To be eligible for a refund, the box must be returned in the exact condition it was received — all items unused, unopened, and fully sealed in their original packaging. Boxes that are opened, partially used, or missing sealed items cannot be accepted for a refund. Once the return is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
